Our Founder
Scott Whipple started Edina Seasonal Services, in 1980, as Scott’s Lawn & Snow Service. In 1990, the name changed to Edina Seasonal Services due to the addition of many new services beyond mowing and snow plowing. In April 2012, the company was sold to Phil Moll and Joel Cramer.
Phil Moll grew up in Edina and started his career at Edina Country Club. In 1992, Phil joined Scott and was employed by the company for the next 20 years, the last 8 of which were as the general manager.
Joel Cramer grew up in Edina and joined Edina Seasonal Services in 1999. In 2005, Joel left to start his own outdoor maintenance company. He owned and operated Scenic Outdoor Services for the next 7 years until the merger with Edina Seasonal Services in 2012. His experience as an owner operator, along with prior experience, made the merger a perfect fit!
Since Our Merger
Since our merger, Edina Seasonal Services has added new services while following the compass of our mission. Those services include dumpster rental, hardscape installation and many more!
Our Mission
Edina Seasonal Services’ mission is to provide the highest level of service whether its lawn care, landscape, tree care or roll off dumpster rental. Our employees are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture to apply fertilizer and pesticide applications. All employees are certified by the Minnesota Department of Transportation to meet federal motor carrier safety regulations. Edina Seasonal Services continues to invest in the highest quality equipment to provide professional results our customers have come to expect. New technology is implemented into the business practices to improve quality, efficiency and the overall satisfaction of the customer.
